Our Pai Storybooks and OceanPets are recommended for 3 years and up. Our PaiBand and circuit conductor are recommended for 4 years and up. Augie and Cube-tastic! are recommended for children 5 years of age and up. But with parent supervision (parents should play, too!), we believe our products are great for all ages.

We work with many devices. To see if your device is compatible, please check this list.

Many of our apps use visual recognition that utilizes your device's camera. To ensure the scanning functionality works, please be in a room with a lot of light and avoid shadows in the scanning area. Be sure the product is within the outline set forth in the app.

We offer free shipping for all orders of at least $50--applicable only to the lower 48 states. For orders shipping to Hawaii and/or Alaska, please send an email to sales@pai.technology for shipping options.

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be in new, unused, in sellable condition, and original, unopened packaging. Please contact customerservice@pai.technology to request a RMA. Once a RMA is issued, the return must be received within 10 days, and will be inspected by staff to ensure the product meets the expectations outlined above. Refunds for returns will be issued directly to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please note the consumer is responsible for shipping costs back to Pai Technology, and that Pai Technology solely owns the right to determine whether a return meets the return guidelines and expectations stated above.
