In the unlikely event of defect, Pai Technology warrants that the physical product(s) sold to you (consumer) will
be free of manufacturing and/or workmanship defects for a period of 1 year, starting from the date the
consumer purchases the product from a Pai Technology authorized reseller, or Pai’s own webstore. The Pai
Technology Limited Warranty is available to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable. A copy of
receipt from an authorized reseller must be provided at the time a warranty claim is made.   This warranty does
not cover products that have suffered damage stemming from an accident or impact, have been exposed to
abuse, improper use; have suffered damage due to failure of following instructions in the owner’s manual; have
suffered damage stemming from negligence, which includes but is not limited to: water damage, improper
charging of devices (using a non-approved charger) or any type of damage resulting from user misuse.
Tampering with components or making modifications to alter the product from its original condition will void the
warranty.


Under this Limited Warranty, Pai Technology, at its own discretion, and to the extent permitted by law, will
either repair the Product at no charge-- using new or refurbished replacement parts, or exchange the Product
with a new or refurbished Product.  Claims for service under this Limited Warranty must be requested during
the warranty period.


Any replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or a year from the
date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
